Spy Briefing, LLC and any of its subsidiaries, employees, officers, vendors, affiliates and agents will not be responsible for any late, lost or damaged entries. Any promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Spy Briefing, LLC or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the online promotion.

Purchase will not increase your odds of winning. This online promotion is void where prohibited. This online promotion is only open to United States residents, except residents of New Jersey and Connecticut and Rhode Island. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter this online promotion. You must be legally allowed to own a firearm and must not have any felony convictions on your criminal record. If you are not eligible to win the prize, Spy Briefing, LLC reserves the right to not award the prize to you. Employees, officers, agents, and family members of each are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. There is a strict limit of one entry per person. Any person who submits multiple entries will be automatically disqualified.

One winner will receive the Ultimate Spy Adventure that includes: (1) One private day of training with former CIA Officer Jason Hanson at his 320-acre Spy Ranch in Cedar City, UT. Training will begin at 9am MDT and end at 5pm MDT on the training day. (2) Two round trip plane tickets for the winner and a guest, from anywhere in the continental United States. The winner and their guest will fly into Las Vegas McCarron airport and will be responsible for renting a car to get to Cedar City, UT. (3) Two nights hotel stay in a hotel in Cedar City, UT. Spy Briefing LLC will choose hotel and book hotel rooms for winner. (4) Ammunition will be provided for winner and guest for training day. Approximately 400 rounds of ammunition will be provided. (5) Gun rentals will be provided to winner and their guest to use while doing firearms training. (6) Two covert operations bags will be given to winner and their guest. Each bag contains approximately $284 worth of survival gear. Total approximate value of Ultimate Spy Adventure is $22,380. The date of the private training day will be chosen by Spy Briefing LLC and its officers.

The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be awarded. If winner does not claim their prize within a 30-day period after notification, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) are allowed. Limit of one prize per household. The prize is awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, including, without limitation, any implied warranty. The potential winner will be required to provide Spy Briefing, LLC with proof of their identity via a driver’s license or other valid government-issued I.D.

The promotion starts at 4:00am MDT on August 1, 2019 and ends at 4:00am MDT on December 1, 2019. All entries must be received during this period to be eligible to win. The winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held at Spy Briefing, LLC, 124 S. Main Street #4090 Cedar City, UT 84720. The potential winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the drawing. To claim their prize, the winner must follow all instructions contained in their email notification.
